Marcus Ellis
“Marcus Ellis (CEO, Inspired LLC, Inc.) & 2025 St Louis Titan 100 CEO Honoree is a Servant Leader who as an Executive
Leader, Frontline Leader, Mentor, Consultant and Entrepreneur have
successfully built, scaled, and led amazingly successful operations through the
power of putting people in positions to be successful by listening and
empowering them to be the best versions of themselves. From very early in my
career, I was taught, developed and gained professional maturity under the
FedEx PSP process nearly 25 years ago. I have adopted this culture of putting
people first even in my personal life. As a humbled leader and family man, I live
by this philosophy at my core professional and personal lives even today. To put
your people (family) first leads to unmatched outcomes in whatever endeavor
you embark on.
Marcus has led teams within several Fortune organizations to include FedEx,
Iron Mountain, and Express Scripts (Pfizer) but is equally competent in medium
and small businesses having led teams within HDIS (Home Delivery
Incontinence Supplies), Ronnoco Beverage Solutions and working with
underserved youth at Better Family Life, Inc. Currently Marcus leads Inspired
LLC, Inc, as Founder and CEO in the Final Mile Delivery space since 2019
having delivered more than 1mm customer parcels and packages in this time.
Marcus is experienced in process creation and audit, Project Management,
Human Resources and is a Washington University, Olin Business School Alum
where he earned his MBA.
When not working, Marcus enjoys working to improve the art of downtime. He
enjoys golfing, though admittedly would never call his game golfing. He enjoys
the occasional cigar, playing basketball, watching sports, traveling, and
participating in date nights with his sweetheart as she is a self-proclaimed
foodie and is a phenomenal cook in her own right. Marcus is also a supporter of
several charities in honor of those who have lost loved ones, as he has, to find
cures and provide support to the families. American Cancer Society, Cystic
Fibrosis Research and Make-a-Wish.“
